Topic: Daily activities, “doing” actions, and using を / で / に / へ correctly.

1. What Students Learn in Lesson 6

• How to talk about everyday activities

• How to say “do”, “read”, “write”, “meet”, “buy”, etc.

• How to use を with verbs

• How to use で for places where actions happen

• How to use に / へ for movement

• How to talk about meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

• How to ask someone to do something together (“Let’s do…”)

2. Main Vocabulary (Simple English Meanings)

• eat – たべます

• drink – のみます

• buy – かいます

• see/watch – みます

• read – よみます

• write – かきます

• take photos – しゃしんをとります

• meet – あいます

• lunch – ひるごはん

• dinner – ばんごはん

• homework – しゅくだい

• report – レポート

• video – ビデオ

• alcohol – おさけ

• tea – おちゃ

3. Grammar Overview

A. Verb + を (object marker)

Shows the thing you act on.

• I read a book → I book を read

• I drink tea → I tea を drink

B. Verb + で (place of action)

Shows where the action happens.

• I study at home → home で study

• I read at the library → library で read

C. Verb + に / へ (direction / destination)

• I go to school → school へ go

• I go to Osaka → Osaka に go

D. Invitation: “Let’s ~”

• “Let’s eat” → たべましょう

• “Let’s study” → べんきょうしましょう

4. Sample Easy Sentences

• I drink water.

• I read a book at home.

• I go to the library.

• Let’s eat lunch together.

• I buy a camera today.
